Massage Techniques:

	Rolling: Simulates the gentle hands of a massage therapist pressing firmly on either side of your spine. This is ideal for loosening muscles to ready you for a deeper massage.		Kneading: This deeper form of massage feels like thumbs pressing firmly, in a circular motion. This lifts and stretches the back muscles, improving circulation.
	Compression: This method reproduces the firm pressure of the heels of a massage therapist's palms, following along the spine and inwards. These motions improve posture and muscle mobility.		Percussion: This method, which was popularized by its use in sports medicine, simulates the rapid tapping of fists on the back muscles. The deep muscle therapy achieved with this method aleviates pressure and helps to flex spinal joints.

Delivery to the threshold of your home (garage, front entrance etc.). In an apartment or condo building, the product will be carried up a maximum of two (2) flights of stairs (25 steps). The product will be kept in its original packaging, and there is no assembly provided with this service. The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment window, and you must be at home to receive the order. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box. * The carrier is not responsible for connecting electrical components that may be placed on or inside the item.
